From 2011 to 2017, Ryan worked at athenahealth's Belfast, Maine office — progressing from Client Support through Interface Network Management and ultimately to Senior Technical Project Associate in Product Knowledge. That direct experience inside the company provides a perspective on the platform that outside consultants simply don't have access to.
