With over ten years of experience spanning client support, interface network management, product knowledge, and independent consulting, Ryan brings a level of expertise that is genuinely rare in the athenaOne space.
From 2011 to 2017, Ryan worked at athenahealth's Belfast, Maine office, progressing from Client Support through Interface Network Management and ultimately to Senior Technical Project Associate in Product Knowledge. That direct experience inside the company provides a perspective on the platform that outside consultants simply don't have.
